Meet the Hosts!

Curtis Earth

I grew up hooked on game shows. Chuck Barris was my idol and as an impressionable pre-teen in the late 70's, Gene Rayburn, Peter Marshall and Richard Dawson were my rockstars! In 1993 I decided not to wait anymore for Hollywood to come calling, and much like a child building his own lemonade stand, I built a podium and started my own game show. (more...)

Mike Horn

I was playing Curtis' trivia shows in Lancaster in the late '90s as part of the legendary Nothing But Babaganoosh team when he asked if I could help him re-design his website.(I guess having a one-page free Geocities site qualified me as an expert.) I later became his ghostwriter for an all-Simpsons trivia show, which I took over with co-host Chris McClure in 2002. That led to shows at Bube's Brewery in Mount Joy, the Lititz VFW and Cafe Chuckles in Lancaster, PA.

During the day I'm a book preservationist at F&M College. I design and maintain many other sites in addition to earthtrivia.com. I'm a cartoonist and graphic designer and also do decorative painting and interior murals. (You can see my work at hornographics.com). My latest endeavor is playing around with the Winter Radio Theater comedy troupe, based in Harrisburg.

Erika

I was born in Hollywood, Florida and have been moving all around the state since. After a brief period in Weston I headed to Ponte Vedra Beach followed by Gainesville and now find myself in Orlando. During the day I work as an Environmental Scientist at Groundwater and Environmental Services (GES) and by night I host trivia. I graduated from Rollins College and while going to school I was a frequent patron of Fiddlers Green. One day while playing Curtis Earth Trivia at Fiddlers, fellow trivia host Nicole came up and asked, "Want to host a trivia show with me?" The rest is history.

Chris Cornell

Born and raised in Orlando and a graduate of UCF (go KNIGHTS!), I have lived in Seattle and Rhode Island, but some how always found my way back home to Florida. I met Curtis at his Cheers gig and realized that we had a mutual friend, Steadman. From there we hit it off and I jumped at the opportunity to host trivia. I have had several opportunities, from car salesman to AM disc jockey, and this is without a doubt my favorite. Trivia has brought me nothing but good times, new friends and lots of laughs. Hope to see you at a show soon, please bring a hot dish!

Kevin Frady

A native of North Carolina, I've worked in the entertainment industry for over twenty years professionally. From film and television to broadway national tours, to hosting live Super Bowl events my career has covered the gamut. I've always had a particular fondness for comedy and have persued it regularly. Locally I'm performing with the SAK comedy lab. I really enjoy one-on-one live interaction with an audience which makes working with Earth Trivia very exciting for me. When you come see my shows hopefully that will be quite obvious. Look forward to seeing you there.

Rick Jorgensen

A former Giraffe Whisperer/Jazzercise instructor, Rick moved to Orlando in the mid '90s to pursue a career in music. He has been performing extensively throughout the Central Florida area for over ten years, and his experience with live performance makes him a perfect fit for hosting Earth Trivia. In his spare time he enjoys underwater basket-weaving and night-putting.

Tony Lopez

I am a working actor, comedian and writer and I've been in central Florida for 15 years. You can see some of my work on my website, tonylopez.net. I am a geek and proud of it. I love sci fi and fantasy, I watch way too many movies and way too much tv and I don't care how sad it may seem that I know minute details of the lives of fictional people but I can't remember when the magna carta was signed. (Anyone? Anyone? June 15, 1215.)

Get some friends together for a great night out because it's better than free!
